A Day at the Zoo

Since I had MLK day off from work, and Em was out of school, and it was a gorgeous day out, the girls and I headed down to the Houston Zoo for the day. Katie is enamored with elephants, tigers and well, basically all animals lately, and loves to go through her entire repertoire of what animals say (her elephant is classic, but be prepared to stand back a foot or two to avoid being sprayed!). Apparently everyone else had the same idea on that particular day and the zoo was PACKED. But, needless to say, we got down there early enough and had a great time - and Katie got to see the elephants actually make their noise!
